“Hockey is a dynamic game played by both gender requiring high level of skills, excellent conditioning and well coordinated team effort. Modern Hockey demands that all the players should be adapted to all the situations either defending or attacking”.

Le Puducherry Hockey was registered in the year 2018. As per the guidelines of Hockey India Le Puducherry Hockey was modified from 15th may 2019. Le Puducherry Hockey is an unique Hockey society in Puducherry registered under the Society Registration Act 1860 Registration No. 197/2018 affiliated by the supreme soul body Hockey India. Further Le Puducherry Hockey is functioning as per the guidlines of Hockey India and developing the National Game in an appreciable way in Puducherry. Further the members and the officials in the society were all senior player who sweat out themselves for the development of Hockey in Puducherry
